Pitching

The pitching session will be for the pitcher looking to pitch like a BIG leaguer. Your player will learn the steps of the proper pitching motion used by the Major Leagues, along with drills, and individual bullpen sessions. Throughout the camp there will be various, enjoyable competitions between the players for a chance to win prizes. There will be a coach to player ratio of 1:5 to make sure each pitcher gets 1 on 1 time with the coach. Each player will be provided a detailed pitching program to take home. The program will include drills and points of emphasis to get better in the offseason. The goal of this camp is to get the most out of the player as a pitcher. A glove will be needed for this camp.

Hitting

The hitting session will be for hitters looking to improve their swing and learn to maximize their potential at the plate.  Your player will be introduced to the simple steps of being a successful hitter including multiple drills and supervised batting practice with a coach to player ratio around 1:5.  There will be individualized time with each player to help provide the best coaching experience possible.  Players whom attend the hitting session will be given a program with tee and front toss drills along with a hitting progression for them to do in on their own. Player should bring a bat with them to the camp.

Fielding

The fielding session will consist of players learning proper technique for outfield and infield. Each player, depending on their position, will run through collegiate drills along with a lot of repetition to work on individual skill set.  The coach to player ratio for this session will be around 1:6.  Players will be provided multiple drills and thorough program breakdown so they practice on their own. Player should bring glove to this camp.
