Geoff is a graduate of Kettle Moraine High School where he was a 3-sport, 1st Team All-Conference athlete and was on the 1988 State Championship team in baseball.  He attended Mankato State University, now University of Minnesota, Mankato (Division II). He played 1 year of football (QB) and 2 years of baseball (CF) where he had the chance to play for Dean Bowyer, one of the best baseball coaches in DIV 2 history.  Geoff graduated in 1993 with B.S. and double major in Physical Education and Meteorology with a minor in Coaching.

His coaching experience includes 3 years as a varsity football coach at Waukesha North as the running backs coach for Erik Bickerstaff (Dallas Cowboys).  He was the head coach for the varsity girls’ basketball team for 2 years at Le Sueur-Henderson High School in Minnesota.

Tom Grudzielanek graduated from Oak Creek High school as a 3 sports all-conference player in Football, Basketball & *Baseball (*JM Hanks HS, El Paso, TX).

He went on to be a 4-year starter on the Carthage College basketball team, graduating as the schools all-time steals leader, 2nd all-time in assists & blocked shots and the 16th all-time leading scorer.   

After Graduating from Carthage, Tom entered the slow pitch softball arena playing at various levels including the class A level competing around the country for 6 years.  He played locally in the Milwaukee City and County softball leagues acquiring 7 Milwaukee County Championships along with 8 All-City (Milwaukee) Championships while playing with some of the best players in the state.

Sam started her career playing hardball. At age 12, she transitioned into Fast Pitch playing for the Pride of the Midwest and later the Waukesha Firebirds.  As a four-year varsity starting catcher at Waukesha West High School, Sam earned 1st Team All-Conference Honors three consecutive years, played in one State Tournament and was selected as Team Captain both junior and senior year.

Sam is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Throughout her career as a Blue Devil, Sam received First Team All-WIAC honors as well as All-Region honors.  She was named Team Captain her junior and senior years. More importantly to her, she led her team to a Conference Championship her senior year, only 2nd in school history, ending with a conference record of 13-1. Sam caught every game of both her high school and college careers.

Sam’s passion for the game comes from her competitive nature as well as her desire to foster that in her teammates. Her expertise lies in catching, pitching, infield as well as hitting. Sam puts a great deal of emphasis on mental toughness, accountability for yourself and others as well as confidence on and off the field.  

A Waukesha native, Heather began her softball career as a Waukesha Firebird and went on to attend Waukesha West High School, playing four years of varsity softball earning honorable mention and second team all-conference in the classic 8.

Heather is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas. Of her 4 softball seasons, the Tommies earned the title of conference champion in the MIAC (Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference) three times and appeared at the NCAA DIII national champion tournament twice. She played mid-infield and outfield. During her time at St. Thomas, she learned and experienced the concepts of hard work, discipline, perseverance, and respect.

Her passion and expertise in coaching are infield, outfield, and hitting. “

Hannah graduated from Kettle Moraine High School in 2013. She was a 4-year Letter winner, and a 2-year Team Captain. Throughout her High School career, she received 4 All Conference Awards (Honorable Mention x1 /First Team x3), 3 All District Awards, 3 All Region Awards, and her Senior Year she was All Conference- Classic 8 Player of the Year.

Hannah continued playing softball in college, she received a full scholarship to Indiana Institute of Technology. She is a 2-time NAIA Player of the Week, 2-time WHAC Player of the Week, and a 2 Time Warrior of the Month recipient, she was also First Team All-Conference her sophomore year. She was a 4-year starter and a true utility player, throughout her college career she earned a starting position in the outfield, at first base, catching, and at third base. Hannah was initiated into the Chi Alpha Sigma for her high academic and athletic achievements and received the Ultimate Warrior Award in 2017. Hannah graduated with Honors, with a degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology.

He has been coaching fast pitch softball for 14 years. He has coached for well-established organizations such as the Waukesha Firebirds, The Wisconsin Lightning, and Kettle Moraine High School. Throughout his coaching career Dennis has coached his teams to 1 National Title, and multiple State Titles.

Roger is a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA), with over 20 years of fastpitch travel ball experience.  He has coached with the Wisconsin Twisters, Franklin Force, the Chicago Outburst, the Orland Park Sparks and one of the founders of the Greenfield Ignitors.  He has coached his teams to multiple team national and state place winners at different age levels. In his coaching career he has coached more than 15 Division I players, multiple division II and DIII players, NAIA, and Junior College players.  His players have gone on to play ball at Wisconsin, Purdue, Minnesota, Ohio, Illinois, Eastern Illinois, Loyola, and Bowling Green to name a few. Roger is Red Cross first aid/CPR certified, ASA A.C.E. certified - level 4, ASA SafeSport certified, and holds a WIAA high school coaching certification.

Roger assists RBI (run by The Boys and Girls Club sponsored by the Milwaukee Brewers) which teaches young ladies success on and off the field.  Ensuring they have the right tools and mechanics for success. Working with them on the physical and mental toughness needed. Helping them to learning and understanding the game.  As an instructor, Roger personalizes each lesson to the students/players need and ability. He simplifies the game so that his players move at their pace, grasping the basics and fundamentals that are key to success.

Mike holds a BSME degree from Marquette University and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin.  Mike has been involved with girls fastpitch softball for 8 years. 4 years with the Queen of Diamonds organization as team manager, 3 years with the Orland Park Sparks as an assistant coach / team manager, and 1 year with the STiKS Academy 16U.  Mike is an ACE certified level 4 coach and has attended several coaching camps during his tenure.
